The user can contract for an annual support agreement that allows technical support on three levels.

P$I has an extensive user manual that can be printed or accessed by selecting the “help” option on the task line. Questions can be emailed which is the preferred method of communication, since the user can define the problem in writing.

Levels of support

1. Telephone support: Goal, assist the user in answering quick responses. One of the goals will be to determine if the problem or question is an operating system question or an application question.

2. When the level 1 support personnel requires technical support to respond to the user, this level will respond within 24 hours.

3. If a programmer is required to respond to the questions, level 1 will research and respond within 48 hours.
